All services are provided on a project-based basis, subject to written agreement.

2. Quotations & Agreements

  • All quotations are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • A project is only confirmed once a written agreement has been signed and, where applicable, a deposit has been received.

  • Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if project scope, materials, or site conditions differ.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project information

  • Ensuring access to the property during agreed working hours

  • Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available where required

  • Obtaining necessary permits, approvals, or permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing

RONIS is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or restricted access.

4. Project Scope & Changes

  • The agreed scope of work is defined in the written agreement.

  • Any changes or additions must be approved in writing and may result in additional costs or time adjustments.

  • Verbal agreements are not binding.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are stated in the agreed currency and exclude taxes unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment schedules, deposits, and final balances are defined in the written agreement.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of work until payment is received.

6. Materials & Design Representation

  • Visuals, drawings, and AI-generated images shown on our website or in proposals are indicative examples of style and finish level.

  • Actual materials, colors, and finishes may vary due to availability, lighting, and production differences.

  • No rights can be derived from example images or conceptual designs unless explicitly included in the agreement.

7. Timelines & Delays

  • Project timelines are estimates and not guaranteed completion dates.

  • RONIS is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Shipping delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Permit or customs delays

    • Force majeure events

8. Liability

  • RONIS performs all work with professional care and skill.

  • Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence, up to the value of the agreed project fee.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, rental income, or business interruption.

9. Warranty

  • Any workmanship warranty is limited to the scope and duration explicitly stated in the project agreement.

  • Normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party alterations are excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, visuals, designs, and branding remain the intellectual property of RONIS unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement in writing in accordance with the termination conditions set out in the project agreement.

  • Costs incurred up to the termination date remain payable.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • These Terms are governed by European Union contract principles, supplemented by applicable local laws depending on the project location.

  • Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible before legal action is taken.

13. Website Use

  • Website content is provided for general information only.

  • We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of website content.

  • We reserve the right to modify or remove content without notice.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
